Q17 Studios offers professional photography, video, studio and equipment rental, post-production and technical support services for audiovisual productions. Engaging any of these services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Studio and/or equipment bookings must be made at least [X] days in advance.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of [X]% of the total amount may be required.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to charges of up to 100% of the booked service.

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment during use.

Smoking, the use of illegal substances and dangerous activities are not permitted inside the studio.

Technical equipment must be used under supervision or with the prior knowledge of Q17 Studios staff.

Content produced by Q17 Studios for the client becomes the client's property once payment has been made in full.

Q17 Studios reserves the right to use part of the content for its portfolio and promotion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All services must be paid for within the agreed timeframes.

In the event of late payment, a monthly surcharge of [X]% will apply.

Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes.

Q17 Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect once published on this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, unless the law provides otherwise.
